In 2013, she turned her focus to Northern Canada, quickly recognizing that success in remote regions goes far beyond finding the right skills—it requires navigating logistics, cultural dynamics, and the realities of northern life. Starting with IT roles in the Arctic, Julie built a reputation for delivering results where others struggled. She and her team have since expanded into finance, business operations, project management, and skilled trades, consistently supporting both employers and communities with essential talent. Julie has also led end-to-end project delivery, including complex, multi-site mould remediation initiatives. As co-founder of IntelliStaff and IntelliStaff Medical, she continues to drive growth across Canada and internationally. Known for her persistence, creativity, and collaborative style, Julie thrives in high-stakes, hard-to-staff environments.
Samantha White
Samantha White is a powerhouse recruiter with heart, drive, and over 20 years of experience in staffing and consulting. She’s built her reputation by truly understanding what makes people tick—matching talent with purpose and helping employers grow through the right hires.
