IntelliStaff Medical is gathering a talent pool of experienced Medevac Registered Nurses for potential upcoming opportunities across the northern territories. We are engaging with partners and communities in remote regions and are seeking to better understand the availability, experience, and expectations of medevac-trained RNs for future contract needs.

Who We’re Looking For
Registered Nurses with experience in one or more of the following:
- Air medical transport / medevac nursing
- Emergency, critical care, or flight nursing
- High-acuity decision-making in resource-limited or remote environments
- Stabilization and transport of adult and/or pediatric patients
- Working independently with advanced scope protocols
- Northern or remote healthcare experience (asset)
What We’d Like to Learn From You
As part of this exploratory process, we are gathering insight from medevac-experienced nurses regarding:
- Typical hourly/contract rates
- Rotation preferences (e.g., 2 weeks on/off, 3-week rotations, casual call)
- Expected training/orientation needed for northern medevac work
- Scheduling models (on-call, standby, base duty hours)
- Certifications typically required (ACLS, PALS, ITLS, CAMATA, etc.)
