Support IntelliStaff projects that keep food; medicine and people at the right temperature across Nunavut.
What you will do
- Install; maintain and repair refrigeration; air conditioning and combined HVAC systems
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings; schematics and code requirements
- Measure; cut and connect piping; including welding where required
- Test systems for leaks and performance issues
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs
- Work on both building systems and refrigerated equipment
What you bring
- Journeyman Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic
- Minimum 5 years of HVACR experience
- Strong understanding of mechanical; electrical and control systems
- Knowledge of applicable trade codes and safety regulations
- Ability to estimate work and prepare basic cost projections
Contract and perks
