Work with IntelliStaff on electrical projects that keep northern facilities powered; safe and functional.
What you will do
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical diagrams
- Install and maintain power; lighting; data; security and life safety systems
- Inspect transformers; panels; breakers and distribution equipment
- Diagnose electrical problems using appropriate test devices
- Repair or replace wiring; equipment; fixtures and devices
- Install; repair and verify fire alarm panels; CCTV and access control systems
- Ensure work complies with all relevant electrical codes and regulations
What you bring
- Journeyman Electrician certification
- Minimum 5 years of construction or maintenance electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex facilities
- Ability to coordinate with other trades and follow specifications
- Experience in remote or industrial settings is an asset
Contract and perks
- 3 month contract with potential extension
