Keep vehicles and equipment running in places where breakdowns are not convenient at all by working with IntelliStaff in Nunavut.
What you will do
- Diagnose; repair and maintain a variety of motor vehicles and equipment
- Read and interpret service manuals; schematics and technical references
- Develop and follow preventive maintenance plans
- Identify required repairs and estimate time and materials
- Inspect vehicles and document their condition and work performed
What you bring
- Journeyman Automotive Service Technician or Heavy Equipment Technician
- Minimum 5 years of automotive or fleet maintenance experience
- Strong diagnostic ability for mechanical; electrical and hydraulic systems
- Comfort working independently in a small shop environment
- Experience with northern or off road fleets is an asset
Contract and perks
