Design and deliver multi-day collaborative workshops that accelerate IM/IT initiatives and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate 4 to 5-day working sessions and training workshops
- Create playbooks, templates, and post-workshop outputs
- Support adoption and follow-up activities
Required Experience and Certifications
- 5+ years facilitating IT or transformation workshops
- CTDP, Prosci, or Agile certifications preferred
