About the Opportunity
IntelliStaff is seeking experienced Mentorship and Capacity Building consultants to support an upcoming Government of Nunavut (GN), Department of Health Standing Offer Agreement.
This posting is not tied to a live or immediate contract. Consultants who respond will be considered for inclusion in a qualified roster. If IntelliStaff is successfully awarded the Standing Offer, we will actively pursue future mentorship- and capacity-building assignments and propose rostered consultants based on alignment with Department of Health needs.
While inclusion on the roster does not guarantee work, it positions consultants for future GN Health engagements focused on strengthening internal capability, leadership, and sustainability.
Role Overview – Mentorship & Capacity Building
Consultants on this roster may be engaged to provide mentorship, coaching, and capacity-building services to Health staff at multiple levels.
Assignments may include one or more of the following:

Providing mentorship and capacity building to support Health staff skill sets and competencies, including:n – Management and leadership development n – Knowledge mobilization and applied learning n – Inter-governmental relationships n – Partnership building and collaboration n – Communications and stakeholder engagement n – Career planning and professional development n – Facilitation of meetings, workshops, and working groups n – Community engagement and relationship-building n- Supporting individual and team development through structured mentorship approachesn- Designing and delivering capacity-building plans, tools, and resourcesn- Supporting sustainability and knowledge transfer within the Department of Healthn- Advising leadership on workforce development and capability gaps

Ideal Consultant Profile
We are seeking consultants who can clearly demonstrate:

Experience providing mentorship, coaching, or capacity-building services in health or public-sector environments

Experience supporting management and leadership development

Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills

Experience supporting knowledge transfer and long-term capability development (not just one-time training)

Experience working in Nunavut, Arctic, rural, remote, or Indigenous contexts (strong asset)

Cultural competence and awareness of Inuit societal values and northern workforce realities
