IntelliStaff is recruiting for experienced Construction Superintendents to oversee large-scale residential building operations in Northern communities. These full-time roles involve living in-community and leading a team to deliver critical housing infrastructure.
You’ll have full operational oversight and play a key role in project success.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site activities and enforce schedules, safety, and performance benchmarks.

Coordinate with trades, engineers, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and crew efficiency.

Resolve conflicts, identify potential delays, and implement recovery strategies.

Monitor compliance with safety policies, building codes, and technical requirements.

Provide mentorship and leadership to team members on site.
Qualifications

10+ years of experience in residential construction, with at least 3 years as a superintendent.

Solid understanding of scheduling software, quality control, and construction logistics.

Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

Experience working in remote locations or northern climates is preferred.

Must be legally able to work in Canada.
