About the Role
We’re building a standby roster of experienced Full Stack Developers to support enterprise and public-sector systems across Nunavut. Projects may include modern web application development, system integrations, cloud migrations, and digital service improvements. Some contracts are fully on-site; others offer remote or hybrid flexibility depending on security and project requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications; front-end and back-end components
- Build responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks; React, Angular, or Vue
- Develop APIs and backend services; .NET, Java, Node.js, or similar technologies
- Work with SQL and/or NoSQL databases; performance tuning and data modelling
- Support DevOps practices; CI/CD pipelines, version control, cloud deployments
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems; improve scalability and reliability
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years full stack development experience
- Strong front-end and back-end programming skills
- Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication, and secure coding practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms; Azure, AWS, or GCP is an asset
- Experience working with government or enterprise systems preferred
