IntelliStaff is hiring experienced, certified Journeyman Electricians for residential construction contracts throughout Nunavut. These are not fly-in/fly-out jobs. You will be embedded within a community, contributing directly to the construction of safe, energy-efficient homes that will serve families for decades to come.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, test, and maintain electrical systems and components in newly constructed residential buildings.

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.

Ensure all work complies with the Canadian Electrical Code and relevant safety standards.

Work independently and collaboratively alongside other trades.

Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective repairs in remote environments.
Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician license (Red Seal endorsement strongly preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience in residential construction.

Strong working knowledge of code compliance and safety procedures.

Ability to work in remote conditions and adapt to diverse challenges.

Must be legally permitted to work in Canada.
