We are seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to lead residential construction initiatives in Nunavut. These contracts require relocation to a northern community where you will oversee project delivery from planning through to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of residential construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Liaise with contractors, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers.

Oversee progress claims, change orders, and quality control documentation.

Monitor risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Support stakeholder engagement and workforce coordination.
Qualifications
-
8+ years of construction project management experience.

Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

PMP certification or equivalent experience is an asset.

Experience managing builds in remote regions is preferred.

Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.
